Evantory ("we", "us") respects your privacy and processes personal data in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

Your name, email, phone number and delivery address when you order, plus basic browsing data (such as pages viewed) through cookies and analytics tools.

How we use it

To process and deliver your order, provide customer care, prevent fraud and — with your consent — improve our website and advertising. Payments are handled by our secure payment provider; we never see or store your full card details.

Sharing

We share only what's needed with delivery partners, payment processors and service providers who help run our store. We never sell your data.

Advertising measurement

Outside regions that require prior consent, we use the Meta Pixel to measure page visits, product views, items added to the basket and checkout starts, and to improve advertising. This may share browser and device information, page activity, order value and product identifiers with Meta Platforms. We do not send your name, email, phone number or delivery address through the Pixel.

In the UK, EEA and other unresolved locations, Meta tracking is blocked because this website does not currently show an advertising-consent banner. You can also use browser privacy controls or contact us to object to advertising measurement.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@evantory.com. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
