Returns & refunds
Use your AquaRinse™ every day for up to 60 days from delivery. If it isn't for you, we'll refund you in full — opened box and used gifts included.
How to return
- Email support@evantory.com with your order number.
- We'll reply within one working day with return instructions.
- Once your return arrives, we refund to your original payment method within 5 working days.
Faulty or damaged items
Every AquaRinse™ has a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If anything arrives damaged or develops a fault, we'll replace it free of charge, including return postage.
Your rights
This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations, including your right to cancel within 14 days of delivery.
